RULE OF
LIFE CARE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION (LCI)
Chapter 1. General Rules
<Name and Location>

This association is called "LIFE CARE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION"(here in after reffered to as LCI).

The place of this association is located at 5-2-7 Ajinadai,Hatsukaichi-city,Hiroshima prefecture.

<Purpose>
Article
3. |
In order to wstablisj commodities safe for life,its reserch
and development,and inspection organization and to attain a private target,"Realization
of a dream" is attempt with cooperateion by our enterprise group.

Chapter 2. Membership
<Membership>
Article
4. |
The membership of this association means Special Membership,Ordinary
Membership,and Supportiong Membership.
|
Article
5. |
The Members shall obey this rule and the other matters which
LCI has decided.
|
<Requirements for Membership>
Article
6. |
Requirements for membership of LCI shall be granted the
enterprises or persons which understand the general principles and purpose of
LCI,and donate afund or subscribe a contribution in order to establish the inspection
organization by partticipation of its coutry.
|
<Admission Procedure>
Article
7. |
The enterprises or persons which hope to become a member
shall fill out the application blank prescribed,and then shall pay the fixed donation
or the cntribution.
|
<Observance of Several Rules>
Article
8. |
The Member shall keep this rule and other several rules
which LCI establises.
|
<Disqualification of Membership>
Article
9. |
In case of the following items,the member loses its qualification.
1. Withdrawal
2. Death
3. Expulsion

<Amendment matters>
Article
10. |
In case that address,where to make contact,and the other
mentioned items in the admission application are changed,notify the LCI quickly.
|
Chapter 3. Donation and Contribution
<Donation and Contribution>
Article
11. |
In order to perform the general principles and purpose,donation
and contribution shall be saved as organaization funds of inspection and reserch
facilities except for expenses.
Besides,after payment of donation,regardless of periods,this shall not be given
back.

Chapter4. Officer
<Officer>
Article
12. |
As officers,the president one(1),the chairman of the board
of directors one(1),and directors a determined number are placed.
|
<Management>
Article
13. |
The president and directors shall manage the association.
|
Chapter5. Additional Rules
<Revision>
Article
14. |
Revision and change of this rule shall depend on decision
of the board of directors,and its validity shall reach all the members.
